I had a very disappointing experience with this office today, particularly with the office manager, Maria. I was upset about declined transaction fees I didnβt realize I had, and instead of listening or showing any empathy, she repeatedly cut me off and talked over me.
All I was looking for was to have the situation resolved in a polite and helpful way, but instead, she was rude and dismissive. Times are already hard, and I was simply trying to express my frustration about the unexpected charges, but the way she handled the conversation made me feel dumb for not knowing about the hidden fees. I ended up resolving the issues myself by taking myself off automatic payments. I was calling for help but I hung up feeling even worse than I felt before I called.
For someone in a managerial position, I would truly expect more patience and professionalism. I hope this feedback helps improve how customers are treated in the future.
To end all this, I would have appreciated my insurance company having my back 100% of the way β not 25%, not 50%, but fully, the way good insurance should. Unfortunately, thatβs not how I felt with this experience.
